Partnering with Radium Sound, Aircast now offers on a subscription basis, a variety of elements for station imaging. With the extensive presence that Megatrax has established in the radio world with production music, this product line by Aircast is another way to further serve the audio needs of that marketplace. The Radium imaging elements are state of the art, cutting edge sounds offered in twelve easy to use categories such as drones, impacts and zippers. Each month the client will receive a newly created set of elements on top of a generous starter pack. Russell Nash, the founder of Radium is a radio production veteran and has turned the creation of imaging elements into an art form. GLR (Grupo Latino de Radio) REFRESHES BRAND WITH AIRCAST.

GLR, with more than 1,000 stations in 350 markets in 17 countries has contracted with Aircast Production to refresh their branding themes used for news and sports broadcasts. When completed, this project will cross many musical boundaries from a live symphonic performance of their traditional iconic theme to aggressive sports themes. Utilized on the GLR networks, “W”, “Caracol”, “ADN” and “Continental”, Aircast has also vocally branded these networks with GLR’s well known 3 note audio logo.

HISTORY CHANNEL MARKS WOODSTOCK WITH AIRCAST PRODUCTION.

With the 40 year Woodstock anniversary and the related “Woodstock Now & Then” documentary that aired on the History Channel, a cross promotion between Mercedes and the History Channel required a :30 re-record of Canned Heat’s famed song, Goin’ Up The Country. The spot turned out a beautifully created seamless mix of Mercedes ad and documentary promotion tied together with Aircast’s instantly identifiable sound alike of the Canned Heat song.

WTVC-TV BRANDS WITH NEW PACKAGE FROM AIRCAST.

WTVC-TV (ABC) in Chattanooga has rebranded their newscasts with a new audio logo and theme variations for their dayparts. The “Freedom News Package” was created to maximize the station’s ability to use variations of the audio logo and music beds with ease of use and flexibility. With news music needs far different today than even 5 or 10+ years ago, it’s vital to create a memorable audio logo and music beds to capture different daypart characteristics and promo themes of different subject matter. The challenge is to get the station into a newscast quickly with instant audio recognition of where the viewer is tuned.

Megatrax Acquires Aircast and Augments Custom Scoring Specialty for TV, Radio, Ringbacks and more

Megatrax, one of the world’s leading production music libraries, has announced its recent acquisition of Aircast Production, an innovative music and media production company specializing in custom music scoring, imaging and theme packages. This new division will be a participating sponsor at Promax in New York on June 16 - 18, booth #10.

Nashville based Aircast Production is best known for its work creating and licensing all types of custom scoring including audio branding, program theme packages, news music, radio ID packages, ringbacks, sweeps radio promotion and more.

    VUE-TV (Austin, TX) AirtCast Production has completed its 4th sweeps period of producing radio promos for KVUE-TV. The local spots are assembled with voiceover, sound bites, sound design and music beds.

    News 12, WPEC-TV (West Palm Beach, FL) The CBS affiliate in West Palm Beach, FL has completed an on air makeover with music produced by AirCast Production. Craig Davenport, the CSD for this Freedom Broadcasting station helped with the direction of this 13 theme package which reflects today's needs for a quick identifiable music ID incorporated into various programming themes.

    With FedEx being trusted by millions everyday for their shipping needs, FedEx trusted AirCast Production to create and produce a new audio signature and theme for FedEx One, the global corporate communications satellite network. FedEx One produces all of the company's in house production needs serving their branches all over the world.
     

    Boost Mobile (Irvine, CA) has picked up specialized content from the Pink Gifford ringback and ringtone collection for distribution. Boost Mobile is a subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corporation and is a lifestyle-based youth brand presently focused on offering premium communications products and services
     
    KVUE-TV  (Austin,TX) has commissioned AirCast Production to create the radio spots for a sweeps promotions. Coupling with a :30 ABC network produced promotion, the second half of the :60 radio spot promotes a KVUE news piece airing that evening. Twice weekly, AirCast Production assembles the voiceover and sound bites with added music beds and sound design and delivers to KVUE for their distribution.
     
    WSMV-TV (Nashville, TN) premieres its new program, "Nashville Music & More" Saturdays at 6:30P (CST). The theme music was produced by AirCast Production LLC and written by Grammy award winning musician and composer Steve Wariner and Randy Hart, VP Creative at AirCast Production. The theme package includes a :30 open with edits and mixouts to create an entire program package. Utilizing a contemporary percussion loop with acoustic instruments, the theme was created to embody the spirit and heritage of the broad creative musical base in Nashville.
